Redmond Area Park and Recreation District

Cameron McCarthy worked with the project architect from Feasibility Study through annexation/land use, and construction documents, showing a nice example of expertise in all stages of a project. This project boasts multi-phase design with many park amenities and connection to future multimodal transportation in addition to the natatorium and fitness aspects of the building. The landscape approach is a fire-wise design using a variety of native and adaptive plant mixes. Regular design workshops with the client at each stage of design have allowed the work to respond quickly to any adjustments to budget and schedule and vice versa, progressing the project smoothly.
