Cameron McCarthy worked closely with Sherman County, Mid-Columbia Economic Development District, and the City of Rufus to develop a Conceptual Master Plan for a 98-acre linear park along the Columbia River. Sherman County is the only Oregon county with frontage along the Columbia River without a county or city waterfront park.
