Giles French Park Master Plan

Cameron McCarthy worked closely with Sherman County, Mid-Columbia Economic Development District, and the City of Rufus to develop a Conceptual Master Plan for a 98-acre linear park along the Columbia River.  Sherman County is the only Oregon county with frontage along the Columbia River without a county or city waterfront park.

Pitchford Ranch Master Plan

Cameron McCarthy was hired by Douglas County Parks to prepare a master plan for Pitchford Ranch and River Forks Park, located at the confluence of the North Umpqua and Umpqua Rivers. Metro Wastewater Plan

Cameron McCarthy provided assistance to the Metro Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) in obtaining Conditional Use, Willamette Greenway, and Standards Review permit approvals for future improvements to the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). Wade Creek Master Plan

Cameron McCarthy’s services were selected specifically to design a master plan for development of the park. Wade Creek Park’s proximity to the Public Library creates a civic campus and offers a variety of recreational opportunities for community members of all ages. Complete master planning services included site analysis, citizen input, data gathering, site design, and cost estimating.

Cheadle Lake Refinement Plan

Cheadle Lake is a 106-acre remnant millpond located in Lebanon.
